How do I order an item off the website?
Although Cultured Cowboy has affiliations with many
top-of-the-line companies, we are still just a small town,
family run business. In order to better serve our customers one

The page is not loading up, or the page is unable to be found.
We thoroughly apologize for any inconvenience in the website,
and we have employees on hand to fix any problems to better your
shopping experience. If you need to see a picture or need
information concerning a product feel free to call us. We can,
either through e-mail or postage, send you any info you want
about the product.

I called, but I never seem to get an answer!
We again apologize for this inconvenience. Our employees work
hard to try and get to every customer that calls, however we
still do not want to hastily snatch the order without making
sure that the customers' every need is met. If we can't get to
the phone, give us a little time, and call again. You will be
glad you did!

How do I check up on my order?
Our employees are happy to allow you to keep up on your order.
Simply call us up during our business hours and we can tell
you the shipping tracking number. All of our items are
shipped USPS or if the item is drop-shipped from the company, we
can call the company and get that information to you.
