This shank has wonderful balance. The cheek has a short purchase for good leverage and quick response. Can be used with 2 or 4 reins at mouthpiece for direct pull, or ring ends for leverage, or with a bit converter to split the difference. Medium control.

We have added the 3- piece snaffle to add a little more control. The copper roller adds the sweet and sour taste for better moisture, a little tongue pressure, and a pacifier. A nice moderate bit. 7" Cheeks, 5" Mouth		D & L Reiner Bit 3/8" Low Port Sweet Iron Mouth An attractive and very well balanced shank with medium purchase for good leverage and quick response.
