DENIM WESTERN SHIRTS

Ready for work, at home, on the job, or on the ranch.  Ely Cattleman Yarn-Dyed Denim (the best denim made) means that the color will be more colorfast and goes throughout the fabric, rather color than being silkscreened onto the top of "gray goods" (a much cheaper made process).  Front and back yokes.  Pearl snaps. Superior stitching. 

Just because this denim is classified as "work" does not mean it can't be used everywhere. I don't need to tell you guys that denim is welcome almost everywhere. You've seen famous actors and actresses wearing it. You've seen Presidents wearing it. If you're old enough, you've seen the hippies wearing it. You might even be an "old hippie" wanna-be yourself. Only difference between most of us and everyone else is how much starch we put on the shirts anyway! ...wear 'em with pride.

PS: Turn these shirts inside out to wash, and you drive the darker dye through the lighter fabric. Plus, the agitators work on the inside, not the outside of the fabric fibers (they keep color longer). Just throw them in the wash without the inside out thing, and they'll fade like you other favorite old shirts!   Welding Students - starch heavily and the sparks roll off easier. New Farmers - Ditto. (Third generation guys know this already.)

Side bar: (That's what writers call it when one story leads to another, before you finish the third one twice removed ago!) My Grandma Taylor used to make me wear 202950DN in July, pickin in NC blackberry patches. It would be 100 degrees, with briars, bugs, and all. It was four times too big. It would get wet, like you went swimming in it, in about a half hour. I remember crying and complaining, whining and fussing. So about the age of 14, she let me go, once, in those short pants and t shirt. Once was enough!!! From then on...until even now...I appreciate and admire a good long sleeve denim shirt & dungarees.

There was this legislation thing a while back, called title 9 or section 9 or whatever, that gave some important equal rights to ladies. Now, Shannon, my lovely, wishes women never heard of equal rights...She says that law was made for men to make their women work twice as hard, at home and at work!  I guess that's kinda like how computers were supposed to cut my work load in half. Just never worked out like intended. Anyway, We have these really nice ladies denim blouses cut for you. Not a man's made smaller, but made to wrap your girlish figures. Work in them, if you like. Wear them to wash down those lathered horses, if you like. Once you wear them almost all the way out, you might can use them for a swimsuit cover up! (OK so now I picked at Larry; my wife; maybe I can tell some blonde jokes since I'm blonde.)

Truthfully, once you wash and wear these denims a few times, they are like an old friend. You can't have enough of them.
