Year Limited Warranty
We warranty Panoptx eyewear against defects in
materials or manufacturing for a period of one year from date of
purchase. When determined defects are under warranty, Panoptx will
repair or replace the defective part at its discretion.
To process a warranty claim, please send your
Panoptx product directly to Panoptx for repair, including proof of
purchase. Given all parts are available, your product should be
returned to you within 7-10 business days. We suggest using an
insured, traceable shipping method. Please send to: P.O. Warranty
Department, 1252 Quarry Lane, Suite A, Pleasanton, CA 94566.
The warranty does not apply to damage caused by
misuse of the product. This warranty gives you specific legal
rights and you may have other rights that vary form state to
state. In no event shall Panoptx be liable for incidental or
consequential damages. Panoptx are not intended for use as safety
glasses.
Tune-up
and Repair
If you do not have proof of purchase, or your Panoptx product is
over 1 year old repair charges are as follows:

Remove
eyewear from your face with both hands to minimize stress on the
hinge. When not in use, store in the provided hard case. Do not
leave on car
dashboard in the heat. Clean the front lens
with the supplied micro fiber cloth, or wash with mild soap and
water.
Anti-Fog Inner Lens Care
The inner surfaces of all Panoptx lenses are
treated with a permanent anti-fog coating. The coating is the most
effective anti-fog treatment available and works by absorbing
excess moisture. Cleaning is best accomplished at the same time
the foam orbital seal is flushed to remove dust and perspiration.
After rinsing in a bowl of cold water, let the inner lens air-dry
completely (NEVER RUB THE INNER LENS WHILE IT IS WET). Should any
smudge or water spots remain, wipe gently with the provided
micro-fiber cloth. NEVER USE DETERGENTS OR CHEMICALS OR WASH UNDER
HIGH PRESSURE.
Foam Orbital Seal Care
During the summer months or after strenuous
activity, perspiration can build up in the foam. Dip your Panoptx
in a bowl of soapy water and rinse in a bowl of clean water. Blot
the foam and outer lens surface with our micro-fiber lens cloth.
Allow the inner lens to air dry. When dry, gently wipe off any
spots with the micro-fiber cloth. Be especially careful of inner
lens when it is wet. The micro-fiber cloth is machine washable.
